Jersey Mike’s Subs

With over 500 units, Jersey Mike’s Subs was already a national favorite for consumers craving their authentic New Jersey flavors. Our re-envisioned store combines the warmth of Jersey Shore heritage cues with a clean, modern presentation of the brand’s beloved menu offerings built into the guest experience – while highlighting distinct areas to promote the brand’s catering, 3rd party delivery and mobile order business.

The new design was a fresh, modernized prototype poised for quick expansion, along with a retrofit package to optimize in-store implementation for existing locations – resulting in system-wide brand unification and messaging.

With rebranded stores seeing AUVs jump from $800 to $1.2 MM, the majority of units were quickly remodeled, together with a bold expansion initiative – adding 1500 new units in just 4 years. With digital orders up from 15% to over 40%, Jersey Mike’s success has put them miles ahead.
