Repositioning this beloved West Coast brand as a premium breakfast destination, Noah’s new elevated store design is fresh and modern, while rooted firmly in the brand’s authentic Brooklyn heritage. With pops of personality and a bold use of brand colors, the new look conveys a sense of warmth and community, with messaging that brings humor and energy into the stores while allowing for multiple day parts and an introduction to the brand’s nitro and cold-brew coffee program.
The new design relocates the oven to the heart of the store, putting the brand’s fresh-baked philosophy front and center. Customers can view bagels baking in “500º of Chutzpah” through the oven window while waiting for their order – bringing a sense of theater and freshness cues to the experience. Ordering and pick-up areas are simplified and easy to navigate. And the store’s updated rich blue exterior serves as an bold brand beacon while helping it stand out amid competitors.
New stores have seen marked increases in traffic counts, with strong, positive customer reinforcement and repeat business. For older locations, a smart, easy-to-install retrofit package has allowed the majority of units to upgrade. Mazel tov, Noah’s!
